Rock By The Sea is a Florida Not-for-Profit organization dedicated to planning and producing music festivals and events that will raise money to financially assist deserving charities that provide direct services to those in need. We strive to create an outlet for these agencies to gain exposure with the public and facilitate donations. Through our musical concerts, silent auctions, selling merchandise and general donations, we hope to create awareness and provide an avenue that leads to involvement and enhancement of the direct services provided. http://www.rockbythesea.org/
CLIMB FOR CANCER HISTORY
It started when co-founder and mountain climber, Ron Farb, decided to combine his thirst for adventure with his desire to see an end to cancer in his lifetime. He has climbed five of the seven summits, the highest mountain in each of the seven continents, raising almost $500,000 for cancer research and related support programs. In recognition of Ron's hard work and dedication, the American Cancer Society presented him with the Excalibur Award in 2001. Ron has also been featured in numerous local and state television and radio news reports, and print media.
