Special Interests
- Dr. Heese is board certified in pediatrics and board eligible in both medical genetics and clinical biochemical genetics. He is involved in the advancement of newborn screening in the State of Florida. His interests are in diagnosis and management of fatty acid oxidation defects and increasing awareness of lysosomal storage disease.
