Education

Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)Education of the Neonatology fellows is of utmost importance at the University of Florida. Therefore, a structured formal lecture series has been created to not only prepare the fellow for their Neonatal/Perinatal Board Examination, but to also provide the fellow with a comprehensive review of Neonatology.

In addition, there is core curriculum for the fellows of every subspecialty in the Department of Pediatrics. Lectures are provided once per month and cover topics such as grant writing, financial aid, pub med search, and critical review of the medical literature. To view the lecture schedule, go to the Department of Pediatrics Fellow's Core Curriculum.
