Scheduling
To schedule a first appointment in a pediatric pulmonary specialty clinic, new patient referrals can be called or faxed into the referral center at 352-273-5625 / 352-273-5633 (fax). Records from a referring physician should be provided to assure scheduling in the appropriate clinic.
Return appointments may be made by calling 352-265-8250.

Cancellations
Please call 352-265-8250 if you must cancel an appointment. Patients who do not arrive for scheduled appointments and have not called to cancel prior to the appointment time will not be rescheduled for 6 months.

Pediatric pulmonary clinics are held in the Ayers Medical Plaza located at 720 SW 2nd Avenue, suite 258 in the North Tower. You may park free in the Ayers parking lot immediately adjacent to the building. When you enter the building, if you turn right you will see the North tower elevator or stairs.
