The University of Florida Health Science Center, with campuses in Gainesville and Jacksonville, is the most comprehensive academic health center in the Southeast. The center encompasses six colleges—Dentistry, Public Health and Health Professions, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy and Veterinary Medicine—and has satellite clinics, extension programs and affiliations throughout Florida and South Georgia.
