UF Pediatrics is affiliated with the UF&Shands University of Florida Health System, including Shands at UF, Shands Children's Hospital in Gainesville; two Shands specialty hospitals in Gainesville, offering rehabilitation and behavioral health services; four community-based Shands hospitals in North Central Florida; and Shands Jacksonville, which is located 75 miles to the northeast of Gainesville.

Under the guidance of faculty, these sites also serve as the primary training locations for UF medical students and residents. UF Department of Pediatrics is also affiliated with the Faculty Group Practice/UF Physicians. The UF faculty physicians provide services in more than 40 satellite practices managed by Faculty Group Practice/UF Physicians throughout north Florida.

UF Physicians offer Pediatric services at several locations:
